Saw and Order Tree Care is a small, owner-operated tree service. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you send us.

What we collect

When you file a case on this site, we receive your name, phone number, email address if you give one, property address, what you need done, and any photos you attach. If you call or text us, we have your number and whatever you send.

How we use it

Only to answer your request: to contact you, look at your trees, write your estimate, and schedule and bill the work. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who sees it

Connor Grovenor, the owner, and the software we use to run the business. The estimate form on this site is provided by QuoteIQ, our quoting and scheduling software, which receives what you submit. We also use phone and email providers. They process your information on our behalf.

Cookies, analytics, and ads

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons help people, and the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. Both set cookies and send Google and Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the buttons you tap, and your browser and device. Meta may use it to show you our ads.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, neither one loads. You can also opt out with Google's opt-out add-on and your Meta ad settings. The estimate form loads from QuoteIQ, and the Google rating on the site is looked up by our server, not your browser.

Text messages

If you text us or give us your mobile number, we use it only to talk with you about your estimate and your job. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Call or text 720-903-1285.
